AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITION:

GST 18 % as applicable.

This agreement will remain in force for a period of One Year from the date of signing this agreement from as per existing AMC.

100% Advance Payment & the cheque should be made in the name of “AMSA Enterprises”

Servicing hours: AMSA will render maintenance service during 10.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. On all working days except Saturday from 10.00 hrs to 2.00 hrs.

The maintenance service will include:

Preventive maintenance: Quarterly Once

Calibration, Cleaning, Battery backup test & checking, Input, Output voltage checking.

Breakdown maintenance: attending to breakdown calls, carrying out necessary repairs including replacement of parts. (Replacement of parts will become AMSA property)

Breakdown service call will be attended within 4 hrs for comprehensive AMC Contract Only) on working day & Problem Will be resolved within 24 hrs on working day. After receiving call from your side by E-mail.

If Call will be not resolved within 12 Hrs in working day from registered call in the system Standby UPS of equivalent Capacity will be provided.

Customer shall maintain dust free and air-conditioned environments.

During the period of contract, you will not allow any unauthorized person to carry out any kind of repairs.

In event of customer deciding to withdraw the contract before the expiry of the Contract, no refund will be made for the unexpired period.

This contract is non-transferable.

The above contract is covering electronics parts of UPS system excluding Batteries. (As per clause no. 5 (a) (3) will check battery backup test & checking) Faulty Batteries are not covered under AMC.

Service from damage to the equipment resulting from accidents, fire, floods, Water and any variation in site condition. Cost of repair/replacement due to this Factor will be charged for labor and parts extra.

The above contract is not covering batteries, external devices like SNMP Card, Input Cable, Out Put Cable, Battery Final cable, Isolation Transformer, Stabilizer etc.
